It is located on the first level. It consists of 2 bedrooms with traditional iron beds (1 double and 1 king or 1 double and 2 twins beds) and a sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen. Ιts bedroom, as well as its sitting room, comes with a large private veranda 40sqm with panoramic sea view. The second bedroom has a pool view, too. There are two sofa beds in the sitting room area, too. It can hosts 4-6 persons.

In order to validate your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required. The rest of the amount is to be paid during your stay.

If canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If canceled or modified later, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
